Last year, one year has passed since Mr. Ever passed away with regret. Ever spent most of last year’s harvest season battling illness, but he still lived on the farm as much as he could and told his wife, Norelbia, all of his work so far, so that my family would continue to make delicious coffee. It seems that he was concerned about coffee until the very end. The coffee we deliver this time is the last coffee he worked on. I was very worried about what would happen in the future, but this year’s sample I drank yesterday had a unique flavor called Ever taste, and I was very relieved to realize that his family has inherited his will. It is characterized by a gorgeous and refreshing flavor that makes you think of a bouquet of flowers, and a solid sweetness like sugarcane. Ever`s flavor, which is so characteristic that local people use the word “Ever taste”, is the result of his passion for coffee cultivation, always paying attention to the growth and drying process of coffee trees. Ever died of cancer on May 25, 2022 at the young age of 37, but his family took over the farm and will continue to grow coffee. We hope that you will continue to feel his efforts through the coffee of this farm. COYOTE will continue to support his family.
